रेशम समृद्धि योजना (Resham Samriddhi Yojana)

घोषणा तिथि - 14 अक्टूबर 2025 को मंत्रि-परिषद की बैठक में सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।

आधार - केंद्र की सिल्क समग्र 2 योजना का विस्तार, जिसमें राज्य का 25% योगदाना

क्रियान्वयन एजेंसी - मध्य प्रदेश राज्य लघु उद्योग निगम या संबंधित विभाग (जैसे वाणिज्यिक कर एवं रेशम विभाग)।

Implementing Agency - Madhya Pradesh State Small Industries Corporation or concerned department (like Commercial Tax and Silk Department).

अवधि - 2025-26 से शुरू, 5 वर्षीय योजना के रूप में।

Duration – Starting from 2025-26, as a 5 year plan.

उद्देश्य - रेशम उत्पादन से जुड़ी 23 गतिविधियों (जैसे पौधरोपण, कीट पालन, रेशम कताई, बुनाई आदि) में वित्तीय सहायता प्रादान कर रोजगार सृजना

Objective - To generate employment by providing financial assistance in 23 activities related to sericulture (such as plantation, sericulture, silk spinning, weaving etc.)

·       हितग्राहियों की आय में वृद्धि और सतत् आजीविका सुनिश्चित करना, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण एवं आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में।

·       To increase the income of the beneficiaries and ensure sustainable livelihood, especially in rural and tribal areas.

·       मलबरी (मुलबेरी), वन्या (वन रेशम) और पोस्ट ककून (रेशम के बाद की प्रक्रिया) क्षेत्रों का समग्र विकास।

·       Overall development of Mulberry (mulberry), Vanya (forest silk) and Post Cocoon (post silk processing) sectors.

·       रेशम उद्योग को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना, जिससे निर्यात और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को बल मिले।

·       To make the silk industry self-reliant, thereby boosting exports and the local economy.

विशेष - Specific –

योजना अंतर्गत हितग्राहियों को रेशम उत्पादन संबंधी 23 गतिविधियों में सहायता प्राप्त होगी जिसमें सामान्य वर्ग के हितग्राही को इकाई लागत की 75 प्रतिशत और अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के  हितग्राहियों  को  90  प्रतिशत  आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की  जायेगी। इसमें क्रमश: 25  प्रतिशत एवं  10  प्रतिशत हितग्राही अंश  रहेगा।

Under the scheme, beneficiaries will receive assistance in 23 silk production-related activities, with general category beneficiaries receiving 75 percent of the unit cost and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries receiving 90 percent financial assistance. Beneficiary shares will be 25 percent and 10 percent, respectively.
