लोक लेखा निधि:-
लोक लेखा निधि:- संविधान के अनु. 266 (2) में उल्लेख है इसके अंतर्गत ऐसा प्राप्तियां आती है जो वास्तव में तो सरकार की नहीं होती किन्तु सरकार दूसरों के लिए इन्हें अपने पास रखती है और जिन्हें बाद में वापिस लौटाना होता है जैसे- पोस्ट आफिस में जमा राशि भविष्य निधि लघु बचत फण्ड आदि।
Public Account Fund: Article 266 (2) of the Constitution states that this includes receipts which do not actually belong to the government but are retained by the government for the benefit of others and are to be returned later, such as post office deposits, provident funds, small savings funds, etc.
इससे पूंजी निकालने के संबंध में संसद से स्वीकृति नहीं लेनी होती अर्थात् यह निधि कार्यपालिका के अधीन होती है इस निधि का उपयोग सरकार एक बैंक के समान करती है
