स्वदेशी हाइड्रोजन भंडारण परियोजना के तहत उन्नत टाइप IV और V कंपोजिट प्रेशर वेसल्स के निर्माण की सुविधा मदुरै  शहर में स्थापित की जाएगी

A facility for the manufacturing of advanced Type IV and V composite pressure vessels will be established in the city of Madurai under the indigenous hydrogen storage project.

टीडीबी द्वारा समर्थित इस परियोजना का उद्देश्य उच्च-प्रदर्शन वाले कंपोजिट प्रेशर वेसल्स के लिए मदुरै में एक उन्नत विनिर्माण सुविधा स्थापित करना है। यह तकनीक गतिशीलता और स्थिर प्रणालियों के लिए हाइड्रोजन भंडारण, मानवरहित हवाई वाहनों (यूएवी), सीएनजी और सीबीजी भंडारण समाधानों, और रक्षा और एयरोस्पेस अनुप्रयोगों सहित विभिन्न रणनीतिक और वाणिज्यिक अनुप्रयोगों को पूरा करेगी। इस पहल से उच्च-दबाव भंडारण प्रणालियों में आयात पर निर्भरता में उल्लेखनीय कमी आने और उन्नत कंपोजिट में घरेलू विनिर्माण क्षमताओं को मजबूत करने की उम्मीद है।

Supported by the TDB, this project aims to establish an advanced manufacturing facility in Madurai for high-performance composite pressure vessels. This technology will cater to various strategic and commercial applications, including hydrogen storage for mobile and stationary systems, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), CNG and CBG storage solutions, as well as defense and aerospace applications. This initiative is expected to lead to a significant reduction in dependence on imports for high-pressure storage systems and to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities in advanced composites.

टीडीबी के सचिव श्री राजेश कुमार पाठक ने कहा, “हाइड्रोजन भारत की दीर्घकालिक स्वच्छ ऊर्जा और कार्बन उत्सर्जन कम करने की रणनीति का केंद्रबिंदु है। स्वदेशी उच्च दबाव भंडारण प्रौद्योगिकियों का समर्थन करना देश के भीतर एक मजबूत हाइड्रोजन मूल्य श्रृंखला के निर्माण के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। गुडलाइफ मोबिलिटी को टीडीबी की सहायता रणनीतिक गहन तकनीकी नवाचारों के व्यावसायीकरण को सक्षम बनाने के प्रति हमारी निरंतर प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है, जो भारत की ऊर्जा सुरक्षा और उन्नत विनिर्माण पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र को मजबूत करते हैं।”
