Sri Lanka - About 33.33 km (18 nautical miles) This border is between Dhanushkodi India and Talai Mannar Sri Lanka, the distance between these two is 27 km. This border passes through the Palk Strait.
श्रीलंका- लगभग 33.33 किमी (18 नॉटिकल मील )यह सीमा धुनषकोड़ी भारत और तलायी मन्नार श्रीलंका के बीच है इन दोनों के बीच की दूरी 27 किमी है। यह सीमा पाक जलडमरूमध्य से होकर गुजरती है।
Maldives - India shares a sea border of about 1010 kilometers (496.25 nautical miles) with Maldives. This distance is located in the Indian Ocean. Maldives is an island country located in the southwest of India.
मालद्वीप - भारत की मालद्वीप से लगभग 1010 किलोमीटर (496.25 नॉटिकल माइल्स) की समुद्री सीमा लगती है। यह दूरी हिन्द महासागर में स्थित है। मालद्वीप भारत के दक्षिण पश्चिम में स्थित एक द्वीप देश है।

1) Pakistan- The border between India and Pakistan is called the Radkill Line. The states sharing India's border with Pakistan are Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
पाकिस्तान- भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच की सीमा को रेडकिल्प रेखा कहा जाता है। पाकिस्तान के साथ भारत की सीमा साझा करने वाले राज्य पंजाब,राजस्थान ,गुजरात,जम्मूकश्मीर एवं लद्दाख है।
I. Punjab - Punjab has a 553 km long international border with Pakistan. Punjab's Firozpur, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Tarn Taran districts are adjacent to Pakistan's border. Pakistan's Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhpura, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkut and Narowal are adjacent to Punjab.
पंजाब - पंजाब की पाकिस्तान के साथ 553 किमी लम्बी अंतराष्ट्रीय सीमा है। पंजाब के फिरोजपुर, गुरदासपुर, अमृतसर, तरणतारण जिले पाकिस्तान की सीमा से लगे हुए है। वहीं पाकिस्तान के लाहौर, कसूर, शेखपुरा, फैसलाबाद, गुंजरावाला, सियालकुट और नरोवाल पंजाब से लगे हुए है।
II. Rajasthan- The length of the border line between Rajasthan and Pakistan is 1070 km. Four districts of Rajasthan - Ganganagar, Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner are adjacent to this border line, while on the Pakistan side, Wahal Nagar, Rahimyar Khan, and Shankargarh are adjacent.
राजस्थान- राजस्थान और पाकिस्तान के बीच की सीमा रेखा की लम्बाई 1070 किमी है इस सीमा रेखा राजस्थान के 4 जिले - गंगानगर, बाड़मेर, जैसलमेर,बीकानेर लगे हुए हैं वहीं पाकिस्तान की ओर से वहावल नगर, रहीमयारखान, और शंकरगढ़ लगते है।
III. Gujarat - The total length of the India-Pakistan border from Gujarat is 508 km. Kutch district of Gujarat state is adjacent to the border of Pakistan. Apart from this, the border of Banaskantha district is also adjacent to Pakistan.
गुजरात- गुजरात से भारत पाकिस्तान सीमा रेखा की कुल लम्बाई 508 किमी है गुजरात राज्य का कच्छ जिला पाकिस्तान की सीमा से लगा हुआ है इसके अतिरिक्त बनासकाठा जिले की सीमा भी पाकिस्तान से लगी हुई है।
IV. Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh- It shares a 1222 km border with Pakistan. The districts of Jammu and Kashmir bordering Pakistan are Punch, Rajouri, Kukwara, Warangal and Kathua, while the districts of Jammu and Kashmir bordering Pakistan are Kotlipunch, Bimbar, Mirpur, Haveli Bagh, Sahnouni and Neelam Valley.
जम्मू और कश्मीर एंव लद्दाख- पाकिस्तान के साथ 1222 किमी की सीमा लगती है जम्मू कश्मीर के पाकिस्तान से सटे हुए जिले पुंच, राजौरी, कुकवाड़ा, वारामुला और कठुआ जिले हैं वहीं पाकिस्तान के जम्मू कश्मीर से सटे हुए जिले कोटलीपूंछ, बिम्बर, मीरपुर, हवेली बाग , सहनौनी, और नीलम घाटी है।
2) Bangladesh- India Bangladesh border line is called Radcliffe Line. India shares a 4096.7 km border with Bangladesh. This is the fifth longest land border in the world. This border is adjacent to five states of India, West Bengal, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Mizoram.
बांग्लादेश- भारत बांग्लादेश सीमा रेखा को रेडक्लिफ रेखा कहा जाता है। भारत की 4096.7 किलोमीटर की सीमा लगी हुई है। यह विश्व की पांचवी सबसे लंबी भूमि सीमा है। यह सीमा भारत के पांच राज्यों पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, मेघालय, त्रिपुरा, और मिजोरम से लगी हुई है।
I. West Bengal- The districts of West Bengal, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Nadia, Murshidabad, Malda and North Dinajpur are bordering Bangladesh. There is a 2217 km long border line between West Bengal and Bangladesh.
पश्चिम बंगाल- पश्चिम बंगाल के जिले उत्तर 24 परगना, दक्षिण 24 परगना, नदिया, मुर्शिदाबाद, मालदा और उत्तर दिनाजपुर जिले बांग्लादेश से लगे हुए हैं पश्चिम बंगाल और बांग्लादेश के बीच 2217 किमी लम्बी सीमा रेखा है।
II. Assam- There is a total of 263 km long line between Assam and Bangladesh. Dhunri, Karimganj and Cachar districts of Assam are located on the border of Bangladesh.
असम- असम और बांग्लादेश के बीच कुल 263 किमी लम्बी रेखा है असम के धुनरी, करीमगंज और कछार जिले बांग्लादेश की सीमा पर स्थित है।
III. Meghalaya- Meghalaya shares a 443 km border with Bangladesh. Three districts of Meghalaya, South Garo Hills, West Garo Hills and East Khasi Hills share the border with Bangladesh.
मेघालय- मेघालय की 443 किमी की सीमा रेखा बांग्लादेश के साथ लगती है मेघालय के तीन जिले दक्षिण गारो हिल्स, पश्चिम गारो हिल्स और पूर्वी खासी हिल्स बांग्लादेश की सीमा से लगे हुए हैं।
IV. Tripura- Tripura shares 856 km of border with Bangladesh. Tripura state shares its border with Bangladesh on three sides. This border is spread in north, south and western directions. Four districts of Tripura, Ghalai, South Tripura, North Tripura, West Tripura share Bangladesh border. It is surrounded by Bangladesh on three sides.
त्रिपुरा- त्रिपुरा की बांग्लादेश के साथ 856 किमी सीमा लगती है। त्रिपुरा राज्य की बांग्लादेश के साथ तीन ओर से सीमा लगती है यह सीमा उत्तर दक्षिण और पश्चिमी दिशाओं में फैली हुई है। त्रिपुरा के चार जिले घलाई, दक्षिणी त्रिपुरा,उत्तरी त्रिपुरा, पश्चिमी त्रिपुरा बांग्लादेश सीमा लगी हुई है। यह बांग्लादेश से तीनों ओर से घिरा हुआ है।
V. Mizoram- Mizoram state shares a 318 km border with Bangladesh. The districts of Mizoram state located on the Bangladesh border are Lunglei and Mamit.
मिजोरम- मिजोरम राज्य की 318 किमी की सीमा बांग्लादेश के साथ लगी हुई है। मिजोरम राज्य के बांग्लादेश सीमा पर स्थित जिले लुंगलेई और ममित है।
3) China- The total length of the border between India and China is 3488 km. The border line between India and China is mainly divided into two parts, McMahon Line and Line of Actual Control (LAC). McMahon Line is in the eastern region while LAC is spread in the western and central region. The states along the border line of India and China are Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh.
चीन- भारत और चीन के बीच की सीमा की कुल लम्बाई 3488 किमी है भारत और चीन के बीच की सीमा रेखा को मुख्य रूप से दो भागों में विभाजित किया जाता है मैकमोहन रेखा एवं वास्तिवक नियंत्रण रेखा(LAC) मैकमोहन रेखा पूर्वी क्षेत्र में है जबकि LAC पश्चिम और मध्य क्षेत्र में फैली हुई है। भारत और चीन की सीमा रेखा से लगे हुए राज्य जम्मू कश्मीर एवं लद्दाख, हिमाचलप्रदेश, उत्तराखण्ड, सिक्किम, अरूणाचलप्रदेश है।
I. Arunachal Pradesh- Arunachal Pradesh shares a 1129 km border with the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Tawang, West Kameng and Upper Suwansiri districts of Arunachal Pradesh are adjacent to it.
अरूणाचल प्रदेश- अरूणाचल प्रदेश चीन के तिब्बत स्वायत क्षेत्र के साथ 1129 किमी की सीमा साझा करता है। अरूणाचलप्रदेश के तवांग, पश्चिम कामेंग और उच्च सुवनशिरी जिले लगे हुए है।
II. Sikkim- Sikkim shares a 220 km border with China. This border is located between the state of Sikkim in Northeast India and the Tibet Autonomous Region of China.
The northern district of Sikkim and East Sikkim share the border with China.
The Nathula Pass is located in the East Sikkim district which connects Sikkim to the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. This pass is a part of the Prechin Silk Road.
सिक्किम- सिक्किम की चीन के साथ 220 किमी की सीमा लगती है यह सीमा पूर्वोत्तर भारत में सिक्कम राज्य और चीन के तिब्बत स्वायत्त क्षेत्र के बीच स्थित है।
सिक्किम के उत्तरी जिला एंव पूर्वी सिक्किम चीन के साथ सीमा साझा करते है।
पूर्वी सिक्कम जिले में नाथूला दर्रा स्थित है जो सिक्किम को चीन के तिब्बत स्वायत्त क्षेत्र से जोड़ता है। यह दर्रा प्रीचन रेशम मार्ग का हिस्सा है।
III. Uttarakhand- Uttarakhand shares its 345 km long north-western border with China. This border is shared with Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh districts.
उत्तराखण्ड- उत्तराखण्ड की 345 किमी की उत्तर पश्चिमसीमा चीन के साथ लगती है यह सीमा उत्तरकाशी, चमौली और पिथोरागढ़ जिलों के साथ साझा होती है।
IV. Himachal Pradesh- Himachal Pradesh shares a 240 km border with China. This border is mainly located in Kinnaur and Lahaul Spiti districts.
हिमाचल प्रदेश- हिमाचल प्रदेश की चीन के साथ 240 किमी सीमा लगती है यह सीमा मुख्य रूप से किन्नोर और लाहोल स्पिीती जिलों में स्थित है
V. Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh- The total length of the border of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh with China is 1597 km. The main districts of Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh bordering China, Leh and Kargil, both districts are part of the Union Territory of Ladakh and were earlier part of Jammu and Kashmir.
जम्मू और कश्मीर, लद्दाख- जम्मू कश्मीर और लद्दाख की चीन के साथ लगने वाली सीमा की कुल लम्बाई 1597 किमी है जम्मू और कश्मीर, लद्दाख के चीन की सीमा पर लगे हुए मुख्य जिले लेह और कारगिल दोनों जिले केन्द्रशासित प्रदेश लद्दाख का हिस्सा है पहले जम्मू और कश्मीर का हिस्सा थे।
4) Afghanistan - The length of the border between India and Afghanistan is 106 km. This border line is called the Durand Line. The Ladakh Union Territory of India is situated on the Afghanistan border. This border lies in the north-west of the Kargil district of Ladakh.
अफगानिस्तान- भारत और अफगानिस्तान के बीच सीमा की लम्बाई 106 किमी है इस सीमा रेखा को डुरण्ड रेखा कहा जाता है भारत का लद्दाख केन्द्रशासित प्रदेश अफगानिस्तान सीमा पर स्थित है यह सीमा लद्दाख के कारगिल जिले के उत्तर पश्चिम में लगती है ।
5) Nepal - There is a total of 1751 km long line between India and Nepal. Five states of India share their border with Nepal. These states are Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Sikkim, and West Bengal. The India Nepal border line is called the India Nepal Border. It is an open international border.
नेपाल- भारत और नेपाल के बीच कुल 1751 किमी लम्बी रेखा है भारत के पांच राज्य नेपाल के साथ अपनी सीमा को साझा करते है यह राज्य उत्तरप्रदेश, उत्तराखण्ड, बिहार, सिक्किम, और पश्चिमबंगाल है भारत नेपाल सीमा रेखा को भारत नेपाल बार्डर कहा जाता है यह एक खुली अंर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा है।
I. Uttar Pradesh- Uttar Pradesh shares a 579 km border with Nepal. The seven districts of Uttar Pradesh are Pilibhit, Lakhimpur, Kheri, Bahraich, Shravasti, Balrampur, Siddhartnagar and Maharajganj.
उत्तरप्रदेश- उत्तरप्रदेश की नेपाल के साथ 579 किमी की सीमा लगती है उत्तरप्रदेश के सात जिले पीलीभीत, लखीमपुर, खीरी, बहराइज, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर, सिद्धार्तनगर और महाराजगंज है।
II. Uttarakhand- Uttarakhand shares a 275 km border with Nepal. Three districts of Uttarakhand, Pithoragarh, Champawat and Udyam Singh Nagar share their border with Nepal.
उत्तराखण्ड- उत्तराखण्ड की 275 किमी की सीमा रेखा नेपाल के साथ लगती है उत्तराखण्ड की तीन जिले पिथोरागढ़, चम्पावत और उद्यमसिंह नगर नेपाल के साथ अपनी सीमा साझा करते हैं।
III. Bihar- Bihar has a 608 km long open border with Nepal. Seven districts of Bihar are located on the Nepal border. These districts are West Champaran, East Champaran, Sitagarhi, Madhubani, Suporela, Araria and Kishanganj.
बिहार- बिहार की नेपाल से 608 किमी लम्बी खुली सीमा है बिहार के सात जिले नेपाल सीमा पर स्थित है यह जिले पश्चिम चंपारण पूर्वी चंपारण, सीतागढी, मधुवनी,सुपोरेला, अर्रिया और किशनगंज है।
IV. Sikkim- Sikkim shares a 220.35 km border with Nepal. West Sikkim (Gyalshing) and North Sikkim (Mangan) of Sikkim state are situated on the Nepal border.
सिक्किम- सिक्किम की 220.35 किमी की सीमा नेपाल से लगी हुई है सिकिकम राज्य के पश्चिमी सिक्कम (ग्यलशिंग) उत्तरी सिक्किम(मंगन) नेपाल सीमा पर स्थित है।
V. West Bengal- West Bengal has the shortest border with Nepal of 96 km. Darjeeling district of West Bengal is situated on the Nepal border.
पश्चिम बंगाल- पश्चिम बंगाल की नेपाल से सबसे कम सीमा 96 किमी की लगती है पश्चिमबंगाल का दार्जिलिंग जिला नेपाल सीमा पर स्थित है।
6) Bhutan - The total border length between India and Bhutan is 699 km. The Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Sikkim and West Bengal share the border with Bhutan.
भूटान- भारत एवं भूटान के बीच कुल सीमा रेखा की लम्बाई 699 किमी है भारत के अरूणाचलप्रदेश, असम, सिक्किम और पश्चिमबंगाल राज्य भूटान के साथ सीमा साझा करते है।
I. Arunachal Pradesh- It shares 160 km border with Bhutan. Three districts of Arunachal Pradesh are located on the Bhutan border. These districts are Tawang, West Kameng, East Kameng.
अरूणाचलप्रदेश- यह भूटान के साथ 160 किमी की सीमा साझा करता है अरूणाचलप्रदेश के तीन जिले भूटान सीमा पर स्थित है यह जिले तवांग, पश्चिम कामेंग, पूर्वी कामेंग है।
II. Assam- Assam shares a 267 km border with Bhutan. Four districts of Assam are adjacent to the border of Bhutan, Kokrajhar, Chirang, Baksa, Udaipuri districts. The famous place Galekhu is situated on this border.
असम- असम की 267 किमी की सीमा भूटान के साथ लगती है असम के चार जिले भूटान की सीमा से सटे हुए है कोकराझार, चिरांग, बक्सा, उदलपुरी जिले है प्रसिद्ध स्थान गलेखु इसी सीमा पर स्थित है।
III. Sikkim- Sikkim shares a 32 km border with Bhutan. The eastern district of Sikkim, also known as East Sikkim, shares its border with Bhutan.
सिक्किम- सिक्किम की 32 किमी की सीमा रेखा भूटान से लगती है सिक्कम का पूर्वी जिला जिसे पूर्वी सिक्किम भी कहा जाता है भूटान की सीमा से लगा हुआ है।
IV. West Bengal- There is a total of 183 km long border line between West Bengal and Bhutan. Two districts of West Bengal, Alipurdurwar and Poonchbihar are adjacent to the border of Bhutan.
पश्चिमबंगाल- पश्चिमबंगाल और भूटान के बीच कुल 183 किमी लम्बी सीमा रेखा है पश्चिम बंगाल के दो जिले अलीपुरद्वार और पूछबिहार भूटान की सीमा से लगे हुए हैं।
7) Myanmar - There is a total border line of 1643 km between India and Myanmar. Four Indian states Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Mizoram are located on the Myanmar border.
म्यांमार- भारत और म्यांमार के बीच कुल 1643 किमी की सीमा रेखा है भारत के चार राज्य अरूणाचल प्रदेश नागालैंड, मणिपुर और मिजोरम म्यांमार सीमा पर स्थित है।
I. Arunachal Pradesh- Arunachal Pradesh shares a 520 km border with Myanmar. Arunachal Pradesh is located on the international border between India and Myanmar in the Changlang district of the state.
अरूणाचलप्रदेश- अरूणाचलप्रदेश म्यांमार के साथ 520 किमी की सीमा साझा करता है अरूणाचलप्रदेश राज्य के चांगलांग जिले में भारत और म्यांमार के बीच अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा रेखा पर स्थित है।
II. Nagaland- Nagaland shares a 215 km long border with Myanmar. Monlong, Phek and Kipher districts of Nagaland are situated on its border. These districts are located in the eastern part of Nagaland.
नागालैंड- नागालैंड की म्यांमार के साथ 215 किमी लम्बी सीमा रेखा लगती है। नागालैंड के मोनलोंग, फेक और किफेर जिले इसकी सीमा पर स्थित है। यह जिले नागालैंड के पूर्वी भाग में स्थित है।
III. Manipur- Manipur shares a 398 km long border with Myanmar. Kurural, Chandel, Churachandpur and Kyanlong districts of Manipur are located on the Myanmar border.
मणिपुर- मणिपुर की म्यांमार के साथ 398 किमी लम्बी सीमा लगती है मणिपुर के कुरूरल, चंदेल, चुराचांदपुर और कायानलोंग जिले म्यामांर सीमा पर स्थित है।
IV. Mizoram- Mizoram shares a 510 km border with Myanmar. Champhai, Siaha, Langplai, Hnathial, Saitual, Serchhip districts of Mizoram are located on the Myanmar border.
मिजोरम- मिजोरम की म्यांमार के साथ 510 किमी की सीमा लगती है मिजोरम के चंफाई, सियाहा, लांग्प्लाई, हनाथियाल, सैतुअल, सैरछिप जिले म्यांमार सीमा पर स्थित है।

1) पाकिस्तान-
i. भारत की पाकिस्तान के साथ लगने वाली सबसे छोटी सीमा रेखा गुजरात राज्य में स्थित है।
ii. पाकिस्तान की सबसे लम्बी सीमा रेखा भारत के राजस्थान राज्य से लगती है।
iii. भारत के कच्छ जिले की सीमा रेखा पािकस्तान के साथ सबसे छोटीसीमा रेखा है।
iv. भारत के जम्मू जिले की सीमा रेखा पाकिस्तान के साथ सबसे बड़ी सीमा रेखा है।
2) बांग्लादेश-
i. बांग्लादेश और भारत के राज्य त्रिपुरा की सीमा रेखा को शून्य रेखा कहा जाता है।
ii. भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच सबसे कम सीमा साझा करने वाला राज्य असम है/
iii. भारत और बांग्लादेश में सबसे ज्यादा सीमा साझा करने वाला राज्य पश्चिमबंगाल है।
iv. भारत और बांग्लादेश की सीमा रेखा पर सबसे कम सीमा रेखा वाला जिला दार्जलिंग है।
v. भारत और बांग्लादेश के बीच पश्चिमबंगाल का दक्षिण 24 परगना जिला सबसे ज्यादा सीमा रेखा बनाता है।
3) चीन-
i. भारत और चीन के बीच सबसे कम सीमा साझा करने वाला राज्य सिक्कम है।
ii. भारत और चीन के बीच सबसे लम्बी सीमा साझा करने वाला राज्य अरूणाचलप्रदेश है।
iii. सिक्किम का उत्तरी जिला भारत और चीन के बीच सबसे कम सीमा रेखा साझा करता है।
iv. अरूणाचल प्रदेश का तवांग जिला चीन के साथ सबसे ज्यादा सीमा साझा करता है।
4) नेपाल
i. भारत का सिक्किम राज्य नेपाल के साथ सबसे कम सीमा साझा करता है।
ii. भारत का उत्तरप्रदेश राज्य नेपाल के साथ सबसे ज्यादा सीमा साझा करता है।
iii. लखीमपुर, खीरी जिला नेपाल केसाथ सबसे लम्बी सीमा साझा करता है।
iv. सिक्किम का पश्चिमजिला नेपाल के साथ सबसे कम सीमा रेखा साझा करता है।
5) म्यांमार
i. भारत का नागालैंड राज्य म्यामांर के साथ सबसे कम सीमा रेखा साझा करता है ।
ii. भारत का अरूणाचलप्रदेश म्यांमार के साथ सबसे ज्यादा सीमा रेखा साझा करता है।
iii. भारत और म्यामांर के बीच सबसे कम सीमा साझा करने वाला जिला नागालैंड का मौन जिला है।
