सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योग (MSME) को आर्थिक विकास के इंजन के रूप में जाना जाता है। इन उद्योगों के विकास के लिए मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा 5 अप्रैल 2016 को सूक्ष्म लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योग विभाग की स्थापना की गई है।
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are known as engines of economic growth. To develop these industries, the Madhya Pradesh government established the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Department on April 5, 2016.
इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य सामाजिक और आर्थिक विकास के साथ रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजन करना है। वैश्वीकरण के इस युग में सबसे बड़ी चुनौती राष्ट्रीय एवं वैश्विक बाजार तब अपनी पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है।
Its primary objective is to create employment opportunities along with social and economic development. In this era of globalization, the biggest challenge is to ensure access to national and global markets.
वर्ष 2017-18 में 2,06,142 सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योगों की स्थापना हुई थी, जबकि वर्ष 2018-19 (दिसंबर तक) में 1,80,414 उद्योगों की स्थापना हो चुकी है, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 136.75% अधिक है।
In the year 2017-18, 2,06,142 micro, small and medium industries were established, whereas in the year 2018-19 (till December), 1,80,414 industries have been established, which is 136.75% more than the previous year.
वर्ष 2018-19 के अंत तक सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योगों में 13,224 करोड़ रुपए का निवेश किया गया है, जो पिछले वर्ष की तुलना में 50.85% अधिक है।
By the end of the year 2018-19, an investment of Rs 13,224 crore has been made in micro, small and medium enterprises, which is 50.85% more than the previous year.
वर्ष 2018-19 के अंत सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योगों की में 7,18,709 रोजगार सूचित किए गए हैं, जो वर्ष 2017-18 से 20.38% अधिक है।
At the end of the year 2018-19, 7,18,709 employment has been reported in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which is 20.38% more than the year 2017-18.
विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र
Special Economic Zone
विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र उस औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को कहते हैं, जहां की व्यवसायिक गतिविधियां मुख्य रूप से निर्यात केंद्रित होती है। इस क्षेत्र में व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों गतिविधियों व्यावसायिक गतिविधियों गतिविधियों को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा कुछ विशेष सुविधाएं जैसे सड़क, भूमि, विद्युत की उपलब्धता एवं कर की दरो मैं भी छूट दी जाती हैं।
A Special Economic Zone (SEZ) refers to an industrial area where business activities are primarily export-oriented. To encourage business activities in these zones, the government provides special facilities such as roads, land, electricity, and tax exemptions.
चीन में विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र की विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र की सफलता के पश्चात भारत सरकार ने 1 अप्रैल, 2000 को विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र को व्यवस्थित रूप से लागू करने के लिए एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया, जिससे विदेशी प्रत्यक्ष निवेश को आकर्षित किया जा सके। वर्ष 2005 में संसद द्वारा पारित इस अधिनियम को 10 फरवरी 2006 से संपूर्ण देश में लागू कर दिया गया है।
Following the success of Special Economic Zones in China, the Indian government passed a resolution on April 1, 2000, to systematically implement Special Economic Zones to attract foreign direct investment. The Act, passed by Parliament in 2005, was implemented nationwide on February 10, 2006.
मध्यप्रदेश में SEZ स्थिति
SEZ Status in Madhya Pradesh
मध्य प्रदेश में अबतक 10 विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्रों को अधिसूचित (Notify) किया गया है। इनमें से 2 क्षेत्रों की स्थापना हो चुकी है, जबकि अन्य निर्माणाधीन अथवा प्रस्तावित है।
So far, 10 special economic zones have been notified in Madhya Pradesh. Two of these zones have been established, while others are under construction or proposed.
धार जिले में स्थित पिथमपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बहुत्पाद तथा इंदौर में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं वस्त्र आदि के लिए विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र की स्थापना की गयी है।
Special Economic Zones for multi-products have been established in Pithampur Industrial Area in Dhar district and for information technology and textiles etc. in Indore.
जबलपुर में खनन उद्योग तथा सिंगरौली में केंद्र सरकार की सहायता से एल्यूमीनियम उत्पाद तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के लिए विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।
Special Economic Zones are being developed in Jabalpur for mining industry and in Singrauli for aluminium products and information technology with the assistance of the Central Government.
पीथमपुर ऑटो क्लस्टर
Pithampur Auto Cluster
भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय द्वारा पीथमपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में ऑटो क्लस्टर का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।
The Auto Cluster is being developed in Pithampur Industrial Area by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
गारमेंट क्लस्टर, जबलपुर
Garment Cluster, Jabalpur
भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय द्वारा वर्ष 2008 में जबलपुर में गारमेंट क्लस्टर की क्लस्टर की स्थापना की गई है।
A garment cluster has been established in Jabalpur in the year 2008 by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.
