The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released the details of the Agniveer selection process along with the official notification. Candidates are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the phases of the Indian Air Force Agniveer selection process to understand the steps required for appointment. It is mandatory for aspirants to successfully pass all stages of the selection process to receive a final appointment.

The selection process for the Indian Air Force Agniveer consists of three phases: an online test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), adaptability test, and medical verification. The online written examination will include questions from English, Mathematics, Physics, and Reasoning Ability. Candidates who meet the cut-off marks for phase 1 will advance to the second phase. During the medical verification round, a series of tests prescribed by the IAF will be conducted.

Eligibility Criteria for Recruitment

Science Subject Eligibility Criteria:

• Completion of 10+2 Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics, and English, achieving at least 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English, OR
• A 3-year Diploma in Engineering (in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology) with a minimum of 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English in the diploma course, OR
• A 2-year Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects in Physics and Mathematics from a recognized board, securing at least 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English.

Non-Science Subject Eligibility Criteria:

• Completion of 10+2 Intermediate with a minimum of 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English, OR
• A 2-year Vocational Course with a minimum of 50% marks overall and 50% marks in English.
