राज्य विधानमंडल को अपने वित्तीय मामलों के संचालन के लिए नियम बनाने की अनुमति देता है।

Allows the State Legislature to make rules for the conduct of its financial affairs.

इसमें बजट पेश करना, धन का वितरण, और खर्च की स्वीकृति शामिल हैं।अगर ये नियम अनुच्छेद 208 के सामान्य नियमों से अलग हों, तब भी ये प्रबल रहेंगे। उद्देश्य यह है कि वित्तीय कार्यवाही स्पष्ट, व्यवस्थित और समय पर हो।

These include the presentation of the budget, the distribution of funds, and the approval of expenditure. These rules will prevail even if they differ from the general rules of Article 208. The objective is to ensure that financial proceedings are clear, orderly, and timely.

यदि राज्य तय करे कि बजट पर चर्चा एक महीने में समाप्त होनी चाहिए, तो यह नियम धारा 209 के तहत बनाया जा सकता है।

 If the State decides that the discussion on the budget should be concluded within a month, then this rule can be made under Section 209.
