गम्मत:- निमाड़ क्षेत्र में प्रचलित गम्मत लोकनाट्य लोक जीवन पर आधारित है गम्मत नाट्य मुख्यत: तीन अवसरों पर किया जाता है, नवरात्रि, होली तथा गणगौर पर्व पर।
Gammat: The Gammat folk theatre, prevalent in the Nimar region, is based on folk life. Gammat plays are mainly performed on three occasions: Navratri, Holi, and the Gangaur festival.
यह नाट्य विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में चौपालों पर गणेश और सरस्वती की वंदना के पश्चात् किया जाता है जिसमें मृदंग, ढोलक और झांझ वाद्य यंत्रों के साथ समसामयिक घटनाओं की अभिव्यक्ति की जाती है।
This theatrical performance is typically performed in rural areas at community gathering places after the worship of Ganesha and Saraswati, and it involves the use of musical instruments such as the mridangam, dholak, and cymbals, along with the expression of contemporary events.
रासलीला:- ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में भाद्रपद मास में जन्माष्टमी के अवसर पर भगवान कृष्ण से विभिन्न प्रसंगों की प्रस्तुति रासलीला में की जाती है यह नाट्य गीत, नृत्य और संगीत का समन्वय होता है।
Raslila: In rural areas, during the month of Bhadrapada, on the occasion of Janmashtami, various episodes from the life of Lord Krishna are presented in the form of Raslila. This is a dramatic performance that combines song, dance, and music.
