Madhya Pradesh was the first state in India to enact the Public Service Guarantee Act in 2010. 

लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम को वर्ष 2010 में पारित करने वाला मध्य प्रदेश भारत का प्रथम राज्य है। इसका उद्देश्य, शासन द्वारा नागरिक सेवा प्रदाय प्रक्रिया में सुशासन स्थापित करना है। मध्य प्रदेश लोक सेवा गांरटी अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत 30 विभागों में 302 सेवाएँ अधिसूचित की गई हैं।

Madhya Pradesh was the first state in India to enact the Public Service Guarantee Act in 2010.  Its objective is to establish good governance in the delivery of citizen services by the government. Under the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Guarantee Act, 302 services across 30 departments have been notified.
