समाधान योजना (Solution plan)

·       प्रांरभ  - 3 नवंबर 2025 

·       Start - November 3, 2025

·       अवधि -3 नवंबर 2025-28 फरवरी 2026

·       Period - 3 November 2025-28 February 2026

·       प्रावधान - तीन चरणों में इस योजना के अंतर्गत लंबित बिजली बिलों का भुगतान करने पर सरचार्ज से छूट प्रदान की जाएगी।

·       Provision - Surcharge waiver will be provided on payment of pending electricity bills under this scheme in three phases.

रेशम समृद्धि योजना (Resham Samriddhi Yojana)

घोषणा तिथि - 14 अक्टूबर 2025 को मंत्रि-परिषद की बैठक में सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।

Announcement Date - In-principle approval was given in the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 14 October 2025.

आधार - केंद्र की सिल्क समग्र 2 योजना का विस्तार, जिसमें राज्य का 25% योगदाना

क्रियान्वयन एजेंसी - मध्य प्रदेश राज्य लघु उद्योग निगम या संबंधित विभाग (जैसे वाणिज्यिक कर एवं रेशम विभाग)।

Implementing Agency - Madhya Pradesh State Small Industries Corporation or concerned department (like Commercial Tax and Silk Department).

अवधि - 2025-26 से शुरू, 5 वर्षीय योजना के रूप में।

Duration – Starting from 2025-26, as a 5 year plan.

उद्देश्य - रेशम उत्पादन से जुड़ी 23 गतिविधियों (जैसे पौधरोपण, कीट पालन, रेशम कताई, बुनाई आदि) में वित्तीय सहायता प्रादान कर रोजगार सृजना

Objective - To generate employment by providing financial assistance in 23 activities related to sericulture (such as plantation, sericulture, silk spinning, weaving etc.)

·       हितग्राहियों की आय में वृद्धि और सतत् आजीविका सुनिश्चित करना, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण एवं आदिवासी क्षेत्रों में।

·       To increase the income of the beneficiaries and ensure sustainable livelihood, especially in rural and tribal areas.

·       मलबरी (मुलबेरी), वन्या (वन रेशम) और पोस्ट ककून (रेशम के बाद की प्रक्रिया) क्षेत्रों का समग्र विकास।

·       Overall development of Mulberry (mulberry), Vanya (forest silk) and Post Cocoon (post silk processing) sectors.

·       रेशम उद्योग को आत्मनिर्भर बनाना, जिससे निर्यात और स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को बल मिले।

·       To make the silk industry self-reliant, thereby boosting exports and the local economy.

विशेष - Specific –

योजना अंतर्गत हितग्राहियों को रेशम उत्पादन संबंधी 23 गतिविधियों में सहायता प्राप्त होगी जिसमें सामान्य वर्ग के हितग्राही को इकाई लागत की 75 प्रतिशत और अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के  हितग्राहियों  को  90  प्रतिशत  आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की  जायेगी। इसमें क्रमश: 25  प्रतिशत एवं  10  प्रतिशत हितग्राही अंश  रहेगा।

Under the scheme, beneficiaries will receive assistance in 23 silk production-related activities, with general category beneficiaries receiving 75 percent of the unit cost and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries receiving 90 percent financial assistance. Beneficiary shares will be 25 percent and 10 percent, respectively.

सूर्य मित्र कृषि फीडर योजना

Surya Mitra Agriculture Feeder Scheme

प्रारंभ-जून 2025

Start-June 2025

उद्देश्य -  किसानों को दिन में सौर ऊर्जा आधारित सस्ती एवं विश्वसनीय बिजली प्रदान करना, कषि फीडरों का सोलराइजेशन कर अतिरिक्त आय सृजन एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण सुनिश्चित करना।

Objective - To provide cheap and reliable solar energy based electricity to farmers during the day, to generate additional income by solarizing agricultural feeders and to ensure environmental protection.

विशेष - Specific –

·       यह योजना प्रधानमंत्री कुसुम-सी (PM-KUSUM-C) योजना का विस्तार है,

·       This scheme is an extension of the Pradhan Mantri Kusum-C (PM-KUSUM-C) scheme.

·       यह योजना किसानों को "ऊर्जादाता" बनाने की क्रांति।

·       • This scheme is a revolution to make farmers “energy providers”.

·       योजना के अंतर्गत 8,000+ कृषि फीडरों पर सौर ऊर्जा संयंत्रों की स्थापना की जाएगी।

·       Under the scheme, solar power plants will be installed on 8,000+ agricultural feeders.

·       10 जून 2025 को भोपाल में सूर्य मित्र कृषि फीडर योजना शिखर सम्मेलन आयोजित किया गया

·       Surya Mitra Krishi Feeder Yojana Summit was organized in Bhopal on 10 June 2025

·       केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा सौर ऊर्जीकरण अंतर्गत वर्ष 2030 तक 500 गीगावॉट उत्पादन का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

·       The Central Government has set a target of producing 500 GW under solar power by the year 2030.

एसडीजी मूल्यांकन योजना (SDG Assessment Plan)

उद्देश्य - सतत् विकास लक्ष्यों का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन

Objective - Effective implementation of Sustainable Development Goals

विशेष - योजना अंतर्गत सतत् विकास के लक्ष्यों का राज्य, जिला एवं विकासखंड स्तर पर स्थानीयकरण, क्रियान्वयन, अनुश्रवण एवं मूल्यांकन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।

Special - Under the scheme, localization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of sustainable development goals will be ensured at the state, district and development block level.

·       प्रदेश के सभी जिलों के सतत् विकास लक्ष्यों और उनके संकेतक के आधार पर डैशबोर्ड के माध्यम से रैंकिंग तय की जा डैशबोर्ड आधारित रैंकिंग अनुसार दो शीर्ष प्रदर्शन किये जाने वाले जिलों को पुरस्कार राशि का वितरण किया जाएगा।

·       The ranking of all the districts of the state will be decided through dashboard on the basis of sustainable development goals and their indicators. As per the dashboard based ranking, prize money will be distributed to the two top performing districts.

·       प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले जिले को 1 करोड़ रुपए और द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले जिले को 75 लाख रुपए की वित्‍तीय  सहायता का वार्षिक प्रावधान किया जाएगा। चयनित जिला अपनी विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए 17  सतत् विकास लक्ष्यों में से किसी भी लक्ष्य में सुधार के लिए पुरस्कार राशि का उपयोग कर सकता है।

·       The first-place district will receive an annual financial assistance of ₹1 crore and the second-place district will receive ₹75 lakh. The selected district can use the prize money to improve any of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, taking into account its specific needs.

राह-वीर योजना

Rah-Veer Scheme

घोषणा तिथि-मई 2025 में कैबिनेट बैठक में स्वीकृति,

Announcement Date- Approval in the Cabinet meeting in May 2025,

प्रारंभ 21 अप्रैल 2025 से पूरे प्रदेश में लागू।

Starting from 21 April 2025, it will be applicable in the entire state.

उद्देश्य - सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में मृत्यु दर में कभी लाना, विशेष रूप से गोल्डन आवर पहला घण्टा में त्वरित विकित्सा सहायता सुनिक्षित करा

Objective: To reduce the mortality rate in road accidents, especially by ensuring prompt medical assistance in the golden hour (first hour).

·       आम नागरिकों की सहायता करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना, ताकि bystander effect इफेक्ट (देखकर चुप रहना) की समस्या समाध हो।

·       Encouraging common citizens to help, so that the problem of the bystander effect (keeping quiet after seeing) can be solved.

विशेष - मोटर वाहन अधिनियम-2019 के तहत, राह-वीर के खिलाफ बिना सहमति के कोई कानूनी कार्रवाई नहीं की जाएगी।

Special - Under the Motor Vehicles Act-2019, no legal action will be taken against Rah-Veer without consent.

पुरस्कार-राज्य स्तर पर ₹25,000 नकद प्रशस्ति-पत्रा

Award: ₹25,000 cash and citation at the state level

राष्ट्रीय सम्मान - राज्य से चुने 10 सर्वश्रेष्ठ राह- वीरों को 1लाख रूपए का पुरस्कार ट्रॉफी।

National Honor - 10 best road-heroes selected from the state will be awarded a prize trophy of Rs 1 lakh.

सोयाबीन हेतु भावांतर योजना (Bhavantar Yojana for Soybean)

मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने सोयाबीन उत्पादक किसानों के हित में भावांतर भुगतान योजना को पुनः चालू किया है।

The Madhya Pradesh government has restarted the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana in the interest of soybean producing farmers.

उद्देश्य - किसानों को न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) से कम बाजार मूल्य पर होने वाले नुकसान की भरपाई सुनिश्चित करना।

घोषणा तिथि - 25 सितंबर 2025 को सागर जिले से।

Declaration Date - 25 September 2025 from Sagar District.

पंजीकरण अवधि - 3 अक्टूबर 2025 से 17 अक्टूबर 2025 तक ई-उपार्जन पोर्टल परा

Registration Period – 3rd October 2025 to 17th October 2025 on e-Uparjan Portal Para

विक्रय अवधि - 24 अक्टूबर 2025 से 15 जनवरी 2026 तक।

Sale period - October 24, 2025 to January 15, 2026.

एमएसपी - केंद्र सरकार द्वारा सोयाबीन के लिए ₹5,328 प्रति क्विंटल निर्धारिता

MSP – ₹5,328 per quintal for soybean fixed by the central government

विशेष - यह योजना वर्ष 2017 की मूल भावांतर योजना का विस्तार है।

Special - This scheme is an extension of the original Bhavantar Scheme of the year 2017.

भीमराव अम्बेडकर कामधेनु योजना (Bhimrao Ambedkar Kamdhenu Scheme)

प्रारंभ अप्रैल, 2025

Starting April 2025

उद्देश्य - गौ-पालकों एवं दग्ध उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देना।

Objective – To promote cow rearing and milk production.

पात्रता - 3.50 एकड़ कृषि भूमि एवं डेयरी फार्मिंग में प्रशिक्षण

Eligibility: 3.50 acres of agricultural land and training in dairy farming.

विशेष - Specific –

·       योजना के अंतर्गत 25 दुधारू पशुओं की इकाइयों की स्थापना की जाएगी।

·       Under the scheme, 25 dairy animal units will be established.

·       प्रत्येक इकाई पर अधिकतम ₹42 लाख तक की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जाएगी।

·       A maximum assistance amount of up to ₹42 lakh will be provided on each unit.

·       सब्सिडी - 25-33%

·       Subsidy - 25-33%

एक हितग्राही को अधिकतम 8 इकाईयां लगाने की पात्रता होगी।

A beneficiary will be eligible to set up a maximum of 8 units.

मुख्‍यमंत्री ई-रिक्शा योजना

प्रारंभ- 3 मार्च 2025

 Start – 3 March 2025

उद्देश्य- Objective-

योजना के अंतर्गत हितग्राही को नवीन ई-रिक्शा क्रय करने के साथ पुराने डीजल एवं पेट्रोल रिक्शा को पुनः सुसज्जित (रेट्रो फिटिंग) कर ई-रिक्शा में परिवर्तित किया जाकर फायदा पहुँचाना।

Under the scheme, the beneficiary will be benefited by purchasing new e-rickshaws and converting old diesel and petrol rickshaws into e-rickshaws by retrofitting them.

विशेष- Specific-

·       चयनित हितग्राहियों को दीनदयाल जन-आजीविका मिशन-शहरी घटक में 4 लाख रुपये तक ब्याज मुक्त व्यक्तिगत प्रदान किया जायेगा। इसी के साथ हितग्राही को प्राप्त ऋण पर 8% का ब्याज अनुदान केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा डीबीटी के माध् से खाते में प्रदान किया जायेगा।

·       Selected beneficiaries will receive interest-free personal loans up to ₹4 lakh under the Deendayal Jan Aajeevika Mission (Urban Component). The central government will also provide an 8% interest subsidy on the loan amount to beneficiaries through DBT.

·       मुख्यमंत्री ई-रिक्शा योजना में लिये गये ऋण पर 5% ब्याज अनुदान की राशि राज्य सरकार द्वारा वहन की जायेगी। योजना का लाभ 18 से 55 वर्ष तक के हितग्राही को मिलेगा, जो पूर्व से ऑटो रिक्शा संचालित कर रहा हो।

·       The state government will cover a 5% interest subsidy on loans taken under the Chief Minister's E-Rickshaw Scheme. Beneficiaries between the ages of 18 and 55 who already operate auto rickshaws will benefit from the scheme.

·       योजना का क्रियान्वयन वर्ष 2027-28 तक जारी रहेगा।

·       The implementation of the scheme will continue till the year 2027-28.
