निमाड़ चित्रकला कल्पना की सौंदर्यात्मक अभिव्यक्ति है जो लोक व आदिवासी अंचलों में पारम्परिक रूप से प्रचलित है इसमें आम जनमानस द्वारा साधारण प्रकार के चिंत्रों को जमीन, दीवार, बर्तन पर उकेरा जाता है।
Nimar painting is an aesthetic expression of imagination that is traditionally prevalent in folk and tribal regions. In this art form, ordinary people create simple drawings on the ground, walls, and pottery.
पगल्या- इसके अन्तर्गत निमाड़ में पहले शिशु के जन्म पर शुभ संदेश का रेखांकन किया जाता है।
Paglya - Under this custom, in the Nimad region, auspicious symbols are drawn to celebrate the birth of the first child.
कंचाली भरना :- निमाड़ में विवाह के अवसर पर दूल्हा-दुल्हन के मस्तक पर कंचाली भरी जाती है।
Kanchali filling: In the Nimad region, during weddings, kanchali (a type of vermilion or red powder) is applied to the foreheads of the bride and groom.
थापा:- थापा निमाड़ की चित्रकला है इसमें सेली सप्तमी या दशहरा के अवसर पर हाथ के थाप लगाए जाते है ये थापे हल्दी, गेरू, गोबर आदि के होते है।
Thapa: Thapa is a form of painting from the Nimar region. It involves applying handprints on the occasion of Seli Saptami or Dussehra. These handprints are made using turmeric, ochre, cow dung, etc.
संजा फूली- सम्पूर्ण मध्यप्रदेश में आश्विन मास में अविवाहित कन्याओं द्वारा इसका चित्र बनाया जाता है।

ईरत:- निमाड़ में विवाह के समय कुलदेवी का भित्ति चित्र बनाकर उनकी पूजा की जाती है।

मोरधन:- यह चित्र दीपावली के अवसर पर बनाया जाता है।
