अनुच्छेद 107:- विधेयकों की प्रक्रिया
Article 107:- Procedure of Bills
संसद में कोई भी विधेयक (बिल) राष्ट्रपति की सहमति के बिना कानून नहीं सकता।
No bill in Parliament can become law without the assent of the President.
अनुच्देद 108:- संसद के दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक जब दोनों सदनों के बीच साधारण विधेयक को लेकर मतभेद हो।
Article 108:- Joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament when there is a difference of opinion between the two Houses on an ordinary bill.
1. राज्यसभा द्वारा विधेयक को अस्वीकार कर दिया गया हो। The bill has been rejected by the Rajya Sabha.
2. राज्यसभा द्वारा विधेयक से संशोधन किया गया हो जिसे लोकसभा स्वीकार नहीं करती हो। The Rajya Sabha has amended the bill which is not accepted by the Lok Sabha.
3. राज्सभा 6 महीने तक विधेयक पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं करती। The Rajya Sabha does not take any action on the bill for 6 months.

अनुच्छेद 109:- धन विधेयक की प्रक्रिया
Article 109:- Procedure of Money Bill
1. यह विधेयक केवल लोकसभा में प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है। This bill can be introduced only in the Lok Sabha.
2. राज्यसभा सुझाव दे सकती है लेकिन संशोधन नहीं कर सकती। Rajya Sabha can give suggestions but cannot make amendments.
अनुच्छेद 110- धन विधेयक की परिभाषा
Article 110- Definition of Money Bill
1. धन विधेयक वह विधेयक है जिससे कर खर्च आदि संबंधित हो। Money Bill is a bill which relates to taxes expenditure etc.
2. स्पीकर यह प्रमाणित करता है कि कोई विधेयक धन विधेयक है या नहीं। The Speaker certifies whether a bill is a money bill or not.
