Vikram Award-
विक्रम पुरस्कार को वर्ष 1990 में मध्यप्रदेश के तत्कालीन मुख्यमंत्री सुन्दरलाल पटवा द्वारा प्रारम्भ किया गया था।
The Vikram Award was instituted in 1990 by the then Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Sunderlal Patwa.
यह पुरस्कार मध्यप्रदेश के उन खिलाडि़यों को दिया जाता है, जिन्होंने पिछले 5 वर्षों में न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष तक सीनियर वर्ग की राष्ट्रीय खेल प्रतियोगिताओं में अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय प्रतिनिधित्व किया और हो और पदक जीता हो।
This award is given to players from Madhya Pradesh who have represented India in senior-level national sports competitions for a minimum of two years within the last five years and have won a medal.
इस पुरस्कार के अन्तर्गत पूर्व में पुरस्कार स्वरूप 50 हजार रूपये की राशि प्रदान की जाती थी जिसे वर्ष 2013 से बढ़कर 2 लाख रूपये (वर्तमान) की नकद राशि, ब्लेजर, टाई, प्रतीक चिन्ह और प्रमाण-पत्र कर दिया गया हे।
Previously, this award included a cash prize of Rs. 50,000, which was increased in 2013 to the current amount of Rs. 2 lakh, along with a blazer, tie, memento, and certificate.
मध्य प्रदेश में वर्ष 2023 के लिए विक्रम पुरस्कार 2025 में घोषित किए गए, जिसमें 12 खिलाडि़यों को सम्मानित किया गया मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव ने अगस्त 2025 में यह सम्मान प्रदान किया, जिसमें 38वें नेशनल गेम्स 2025 के पदक विजेताओं को भी सम्मानित किया गया,
In Madhya Pradesh, the Vikram Awards for the year 2023 were announced in 2025, with 12 players being honored. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav presented the awards in August 2025, and also honored the medal winners of the 38th National Games 2025.
