'किताब - उल-हिंद'

गजनवी के साथ 11वीं सदी में अलबरन्नी भारत आया उसने 'किताब - उल-हिंद' की रचना की जिससे तात्कालिन भारत की सामाजिक - सांकृतिक जानकारी मिलती है, पुराणों का अध्ययन करने वाला यह पहला मुालमान था।

Albarnani came to India in the 11th century with Ghaznavi. He composed 'Kitab-ul-Hind' which provides social and cultural information of contemporary India. He was the first Muslim to study the Puranas.

अलबरूनी द्वारा लिखी किताब उल हिंद / तहकीक-ए-हिंद मूलतः अरबी भाषा में थी, जिसका अंग्रेजी अनुवाद साचाऊ तथा हिंदी में रजनीकांत शर्मा द्वारा किया गया।

Kitab-ul-Hind / Tahqiq-e-Hind written by Alberuni was originally in Arabic language, which was translated into English by Sachau and into Hindi by Rajnikant Sharma.
