Welcome to Examrewards.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our portal and participation in our reward program. By accessing or using Examrewards.com, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Please Note: Examrewards.com is an educational platform owned and operated by Ishita Entertainment Private Limited, a registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, Government of India.

Our Fee Structure:

Users need to buy our yearly subscription of ₹499 to access premium content like mock tests and other study material available on our platform. Although other content on our website is completely free. Please note that our subscription fee may vary from time to time.

Portal Usage and Eligibility:

  1. For the bright future of the exam students, Examrewards provides a Backup Scholarship to those students who, despite their hard work, have been deprived of selection by some marks in any competitive examination. The main objective of Examrewards' Backup Scholarship scheme is to help financially and motivate students who narrowly missed selection.

  2. The registration fee being charged on Examrewards is to provide the best exam-useful educational material like mock tests for all competitive exams.

  3. No separate payment or fee is charged for the Examrewards Scholarship. The Backup Scholarship scheme is completely free and independent of the registration fees.

  4. Every student will be eligible for a Backup Scholarship for one year from the date of registration.

  5. The roll number of whatever competitive examination the student is appearing for the Backup Scholarship must be uploaded at the designated place on the exam result page 24 hours before the exam date.

  6. All the students who have registered on Examrewards will be considered as applicants for the Backup Scholarship for one year in any one competitive examination.

  7. The student who has registered and has the nearest number to the cutoff marks in their respective competitive exam will be awarded the scholarship amount to continue their studies.

  8. If more than one student is found to have the same number in any competitive examination, the Backup Scholarship amount will be distributed equally among them.

  9. Examrewards will provide the Backup Scholarship to students who reached the final stage of the competitive examination and remained unselected by a narrow margin.

Example:
In the SSC CGL exam, Sita, Geeta, and Satushti all reached the final stage. The cutoff was 142. Sita scored 139, Geeta 138, and Satushti 140. Among them, Satushti missed selection with the closest score to the cutoff. Hence, she will receive the scholarship.

  1. Examrewards will provide a Backup Scholarship to three students in each competitive exam, with the minimum amount as follows:

  2. ₹1,00,000

  3. ₹21,000

  4. ₹11,000
    This amount is merit-based and intended for students who narrowly missed selection.

  5. The Examrewards Backup Scholarship Scheme is voluntary and free. In case of any dispute, Examrewards reserves the right to provide or withhold scholarships at its sole discretion.

  6. No legal or judicial claim can be made against Examrewards regarding the Backup Scholarship, as it is offered without fee for the encouragement of student education.

  7. Roll numbers and exam marks of students awarded scholarships will be published on the Examrewards platform within seven days of the final result declaration.

  8. Any objections regarding awarded scholarships must be raised within 15 days of declaration. No claims will be entertained afterward.

  9. Scholarship amounts will be credited to eligible students' bank accounts within 30 days of the result via Examrewards.

  10. Students can apply for a Backup Scholarship in only one competitive exam per year.

  11. Students must reach the final stage of the competitive exam to be eligible.

  12. Only students registered on Examrewards are eligible for the Backup Scholarship.

1. General Eligibility

1.1 Examrewards.com is an online portal where students can apply for a reward program by paying a one-time subscription fee. The subscription is valid for one year.

1.2 To be eligible, students must be preparing for exams and be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

1.3 You are responsible for providing accurate, current registration information.

1.4 Failure to submit required documents by the specified date will void this Agreement.

2. Reward Program

2.1 By subscribing, you enter the reward program and become eligible for the Backup Scholarship based on your exam performance.

2.2 Scholarship amounts depend on several factors including exam difficulty and individual performance.

2.3 Examrewards.com reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

3. Subscription Fee

3.1 A one-time subscription fee must be paid, as clearly mentioned during registration. Subscription is valid for one year.

3.2 The fee is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Documents and Verification

4.1 To claim rewards, valid ID proof and exam score proof are mandatory.

4.2 Examrewards.com reserves the right to verify all documents and may ask for additional verification.

4.3 Submitting false documents will lead to disqualification and potential legal action.

5. Study Material and Mock Tests

5.1 Subscribers will receive access to study material and mock tests.

5.2 These materials are for reference and do not guarantee success.

5.3 Examrewards.com does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Examrewards.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the platform or participation in the program.

6.2 Rewards depend on various external factors and are not guaranteed.

6.3 Technical interruptions or issues during platform usage are not the responsibility of Examrewards.com.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content including study materials and mock tests is protected by IP rights and cannot be reused or shared without written permission.

7.2 Logos, trademarks, and other proprietary assets of Examrewards.com require prior permission for use.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

8.2 By using the portal, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

9.1 Examrewards.com may terminate your access at any time for reasons including violation of terms or fraud.

9.2 Terminated users forfeit all rewards and benefits.

10. Modifications

10.1 Terms may be updated without prior notice.

10.2 Users must review terms periodically to remain informed.

10.3 Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11.2 All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Shivpuri courts.

12. Severability

12.1 If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.

12.2 Invalid provisions will be interpreted to reflect the original intent where possible.

13. Entire Agreement

13.1 This Agreement is the complete understanding between you and Examrewards.com.

13.2 Failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of enforcement rights.
