'Kalpataru Scheme'

वर्ष 1995-96 से रोजगार आश्वासन योजना की एक उपयोजना के कल्पतरु योजना' आरंभ की गई। इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्राम द्वारा चयनित हितग्राहियों को स्वयं की भूमि पर फलोद्यान लगाने के माहित करना है। यह योजना उद्यानिकी से संबंधित है। यह योजना रेखा के नीचे जीवनयापन करने वाले लघु व सीमान्त कृषकों के लिए है।

In the year 1995–96, the 'Kalpataru Scheme' was launched as a sub-scheme of the Employment Assurance Scheme. The primary objective of this scheme is to encourage beneficiaries selected by the village to establish fruit orchards on their own land. This scheme pertains to the field of horticulture. It is designed for small and marginal farmers living below the poverty line.
