प्रदेश में 27 वृहद तथा 47 मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजनाएं निर्माणधीन है यहां पर वृहद् एवं मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजनाओं के अन्तर्गत वर्ष 2024-25 जून में 39.27% सिंचाई क्षमता विद्यमान है
In the state, 27 large and 47 medium irrigation projects are under construction. Under these large and medium irrigation projects, 39.27% of the irrigation potential was available as of June 2024-25.
लघु सिंचाई परियोजनाएं :-
Minor irrigation projects:
मध्यप्रदेश में 303 लघु सिंचाई योजनाएं निर्माणाधीन है वर्ष 2024-25 तक राज्य में कुल लधु सिंचाई क्षमता 65 लाख हेक्टेयर तक बढ़ाने का लक्ष्य है
In Madhya Pradesh, 303 minor irrigation projects are under construction. The target is to increase the total minor irrigation capacity in the state to 65 lakh hectares by the year 2024-25.
वर्ष 2017-18 में छीताखुदरी मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना (जबलपुर), कोटेश्वरलघुसिंचाई परियोजना (रतलाम), कैथ मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना (सागर) तथा भावसा मध्यम सिंचाई परियोजना (बुरहानपुर) स्वीकृत की गई है जिनसे प्रदेश में 18350 हजार हेक्टेयर सिंचाई क्षमता में वृद्धि होगी।
In the year 2017-18, the Chhitakhudri Medium Irrigation Project (Jabalpur), Koteshwar Minor Irrigation Project (Ratlam), Kaith Medium Irrigation Project (Sagar), and Bhavsa Medium Irrigation Project (Burhanpur) were approved, which will increase the irrigation capacity in the state by 18,350 hectares.
आत्मनिर्भर मध्यप्रदेश के अन्तर्गत कृषकों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने हेतु जल संसाधन विभाग द्वारा निर्माणाधीन परियोजनाओं से आगामी 3 वर्षों में 6.05 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र अतिरिक्त सिंचाई क्षमता का सृजन एवं 5 लाख हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र हेतु नवीन परियोजनाओं के कार्य प्रारम्भ किये जाने का लक्ष्य है।
Under the Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh initiative, the Water Resources Department aims to empower farmers by creating an additional irrigation capacity of 6.05 lakh hectares through ongoing projects and initiating work on new projects for another 5 lakh hectares over the next three years.
मध्यप्रदेश देश का प्रथम राज्य है जहां सिंचाई प्रबंधन में महिलाओं की भागीदारी एवं भूमिका अधिनियम के माध्यम से सुनिश्चित की गई। इसका उद्देशय किसी भी जल उपभोक्ता क्षेत्र में ऐसे भू- धारकों की पत्नियां, जो कि भू-धारक नहीं है उनको भी भू-धारक मान्य किया गया है।
Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country where the participation and role of women in irrigation management has been ensured through legislation. The objective is to recognize the wives of landowners, even if they themselves do not own land, as landowners in any water user area.
