Eligibility-

Qualification-

·       Candidates must have passed 10+2the senior secondary examination in any stream. Candidates may also need to possess certain stenography and computer proficiency skill.

·       Must possess a good working knowledge of Hindi as written in Devanagri script & of Rajasthani Dialects.

·       Candidates must have passed- O or higher Level Certificate course conducted by DOEACC under control of the department of electronic Government of India.

·       Compute Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA) & Data preparation & computer Software( DPCS) Certificate

·       Diploma in computer Science/Computer application from any university

·       Diploma in computer science& Engineering from a polytechnic institution by the Government

·       Senior secondary school Examination with computer Science as an optional subject.

·       Any equivalent or higher qualification.

Age limit-

·       Minimum Age 18 years

·       Maximum Age 40 years

·       Age relaxation in the upper age limit is generally provided for reserved category candidates as per rules.

Nationality

·       Candidate need to be a citizen of India.

·       Applicants will have to produce an authentic ID proof during the verification process if necessary

Competitive Examination for the posts of Stenographers Grade III / Stenographer Grade II shall consist of subject given in two alternative Group A, B and C.

Method of conducting speed & Efficiency Test:-

The language of Speed & Efficiency Test shall be same as the language of Shorthand Test.

The font for Computer Test shall be Kruti Dev 010 for Hindi and Calibri for English.

Minimum speed should be 8000 key Depression per hour on computer.

Method of Evaluation:-

·       The mistakes shall be counted as full of partial mistakes

·       Omission of words or figure.

·       Substitution of wrong word or figure.

·       Misspelling.

·       Two partial mistakes will be equal to one full mistakes.

·       Error or Omission in punctuation

·       Wrong use of capital or small letters.

·       Wrong indentation or paragraph

The margin of 5% mistakes may be allowed.

INTERVIEW-

Candidates will be called for interview in order of preference equal to the total number of vacancies. There is no marking of interview. The sole purpose of the interview in only to ensure that the candidates does not stammer to such an extent that he is unable to read what he has written himself. The final selection of the candidates will be subject to the interview conducted under rule of the RHC.

Selection Mode-

Merit list of successful candidates for selection shall be prepared on the basis of total marks.

Marks obtained in shorthand test and computer test (speed & Efficiency Test).

The successful candidates shall be eligible for appearing in the interview.

Firstly be determined on the basis of higher marks.
