Sahitya Akademi
प्रदेश में साहित्यिक व सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों को संरक्षण एवं प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करने के उद्देशय से वर्ष 1954 में साहित्य अकादमी की स्थापना की गयी। जिसका मुख्यालय नागपुर में स्थित था, परन्तु वर्ष 1956 में राज्य पुनर्गठन के पश्चात् इसे भोपाल हस्तांतरित कर दिया गया। साहित्य अकादमी द्वारा कला एवं साहित्य के क्षेत्र में अनेक प्रादेशिक एवं अखिल भारतीय पुरस्कार प्रदान किये जाते है।
The Sahitya Akademi (Literature Academy) was established in 1954 with the objective of protecting and promoting literary and cultural activities in the state. Its headquarters were initially located in Nagpur, but after the reorganization of the state in 1956, it was shifted to Bhopal. The Sahitya Akademi awards numerous regional and national prizes in the fields of art and literature.
साहित्य अकादमी द्वारा साक्षात्कार नामक पत्रिका का प्रकाशन किया जाता है इसके वर्तमान निर्देशक डा. विकास दवे है।
The Sahitya Akademi publishes a magazine called Sakshatkar, and its current director is Dr. Vikas Dave.
