Bhavabhuti
संस्कृत के महान कवि एवं नाटककार भवभूति का पूरा नामक श्रीकंठ पद लाच्छन भवभूति था। ये पद्मपुर (महाराष्ट्र के गोंदिया जिला) के निवासी एवं कन्नौज के शासक यशोवर्मन के दरबारी कवि थे। इन्हें प्राचीन भारत का मिल्टन कहा जाता है।
Bhavabhuti - The great Sanskrit poet and playwright Bhavabhuti's full name was Shrikantha Padalanchhana Bhavabhuti. He was a resident of Padmapur (Gondia district of Maharashtra) and a court poet of Yashovarman, the ruler of Kannauj. He is known as the Milton of ancient India.

महावीर चरितम् - यह वीर रस प्रधान रचना है जिसमें रामकथा का वर्णन है।
Mahavira Charitam - This is a work primarily in the heroic style, which describes the story of Rama.
उत्तर रामचरितम् - यह संस्कृत भाषा का प्रथम दुखांत नाटक है। Uttararamacharitam is the first tragic play in the Sanskrit language.
