Agri-Export Zone (AEZ)

कृषि निर्यात क्षेत्र (एग्री-एक्सपोर्ट) या एईजेड एक विशेष भौगोलिक क्षेत्र है, जो कि कृषि आधारित प्रसंस्करण उद्योग स्थापित करने के लिए सीमांकित हैं, मुख्य रूप से निर्यात के लिए। एईजेड शब्द व्यापक रूप से भारत में उपयोग किया जाता है जो को राज्य सरकार द्वारा पहचाना जाना है, एवंसभी राज्य सरकार की एजेंसियों, राज्य कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों और इन संस्थानों में गहन वितरण के लिए केंद्र सरकार की सभी संस्थानों और एजेंसियों द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवाओं का एक व्यापक पैकेज विकसित करेगा। साबित क्रेडेंशियल्स के साथ कॉर्पोरेट क्षेत्र को नए कृषि निर्यात क्षेत्र प्रायोजित करने या पहले से अधिसूचित कृषि निर्यात क्षेत्र या जोनों से कृषि निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ऐसे क्षेत्रों का हिस्सा लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा।

Answer: An Agri-Export Zone (AEZ) is a specific geographical area demarcated for establishing agro-based processing industries, primarily for export purposes. The term AEZ is widely used in India and is to be identified by the state government.  It will involve developing a comprehensive package of services provided by all state government agencies, state agricultural universities, and all central government institutions and agencies for intensive development in these areas. The corporate sector with proven credentials will be encouraged to sponsor new Agri-Export Zones or participate in existing notified Agri-Export Zones to promote agricultural exports from such areas.
