About Exam-

The Common Admission Test (CAT) is indeed a national-level management aptitude test conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) for admission to their MBA and other postgraduate management programs. CAT is considered one of the most common entrance exams for MBA admissions in India.

The IIMs are prestigious management institutes in India, and clearing the CAT exam is a significant requirement for gaining admission to these institutes. However, it's important to note that CAT scores are also accepted by numerous other government and private MBA colleges across the country. This makes it a widely recognized and sought-after exam among MBA aspirants.

The CAT exam is known for its challenging nature, and it assesses candidates on various sections, such as Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). It is usually conducted once a year, and candidates must apply and register for the exam on the official CAT website, which is typically https://iimcat.ac.in/
