Madhya Pradesh's longest road bridge is built over the Tawa River and is 1322 meters long.

म.प्र. का सबसे लम्बा सड़क पुल तवा नदी पर निर्मित है जिसकी लम्बाई 1322 मीटर है। होशंगाबाद जिले में स्थित तवा बाँध ने प्रदेश का सबसे लम्बा बाँध होने का खिताब लम्बे समय तक अपने पास रखा, किन्तु नवीनतम तथ्यों के अनुसार यह खिताब वर्ष 2009 में सिंध नदी पर बने पुल ने छीन लिया। दरअसल प्रदेश के शिवपुरी शहर से 28 किमी. दूर सिंध नदी पर जयपुर-कानपुर फोरलेन NH-27 पर बनाए गये पुल की लम्बाई 2.5 किमी. है, जो प्रदेश का सबसे लम्बा नदी पुल है। यह पुल अटल सागर मडीखेड़ा डैम के डूब क्षेत्र में आता है।

This bridge falls within the submergence area of ​​the Atal Sagar Madikheda Dam.
