माइक्रोसॉफ्ट वर्ड एक वर्ड प्रोसेसिंग प्रोग्राम है जो माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस सुइट का हिस्सा है। इसका उपयोग दस्तावेज़ बनाने, संपादित करने, फ़ॉर्मेट करने और सहेजने के लिए किया जाता है। यह एक लोकप्रिय उपकरण है जिसका उपयोग पत्र, रिपोर्ट और रिज्यू मे जैसे विभिन्न प्रकार के औपचारिक और निजी कार्यों के लिए किया जाता है।
Microsoft Word is a word processing program that is part of the Microsoft Office suite. It is used to create, edit, format, and save documents. It is a popular tool used for a variety of formal and personal tasks, such as letters, reports, and resumes.
वर्ड विण्डो के निम्नलिखित भाग होते है-
The Word window has the following parts:
टाइटल बार- जिस फाइल में कार्य सम्पन्न हो रहा है यह उसका नाम दिखाता है यह सबसे उफपर में होता है इसके कोने में सामान्यत: दाई ओर मिनिमाइज, रिस्टोर एवं क्लोज तीन बटन होते है।
Title Bar – It shows the name of the file in which the work is being done. It is at the top. In its corner, usually on the right side, there are three buttons: Minimize, Restore and Close.
मेन्यू बार- इसमें कई कमाण्ड होते है।
Menu Bar – It contains many commands.
स्टैण्डर्ड टूल बार- यह विभिन्न क्रियाओं (ओपेन, प्रिन्ट, सेव इत्यादि) के प्रतीकों को दर्शाता है।
Standard Tool Bar – It shows symbols for various actions (open, print, save etc.).
फार्मेटिंग टूल बार - इसमें फार्मेट के विकल्प फॉन्ट साइज, बोल्ड, अण्डर लाइन, बुलेट, एलाइन्मेंट इत्यादि होते है।
Formatting Toolbar – It contains formatting options like font size, bold, underline, bullet, alignment etc.
रूलर- यह डॉक्यूमेंट की चौड़ाई बताता है इसे बढ़ाया या घटाया भी जा सकता है।
Ruler – It shows the width of the document and can also be increased or decreased.
वर्क स्पेज- यह वह क्षेत्र है जहां टैक्स्ट टंकित किया जाता है। Workspace - This is the area where text is typed.
वर्टिकल स्क्रॉल बार- डॉक्यूमेंट को ऊपर-नीचे करने के लिए इसका उपयोग होता है।
Vertical scroll bar - This is used to move up and down the document.
हॉरिजोण्टल स्क्रॉल बार- डॉक्यूमेंट को दाएं-बाएं करने के लिए इसका प्रयोग होता है।
ड्राइंग टूल बार- डॉक्यूमेंट में प्रयोग किए जा सकने वाले विभिन्न ड्राइंग विकल्प के टूल इसमें होते है।
स्टेटस बार- इसमें पृष्ठ संख्या, पंक्तियों की संख्या, शंब्दों की संख्या इत्यादि दिखाई पड़ती है।
